With the increase of environmental protection pressure, the impact on compound fertilizer is also growing. As we all know, the pollution of compound fertilizer is mainly waste water, dust, air pollution, etc. Some enterprises that use phosphate ore as raw materials also have the problem of stacking and processing of phosphogypsum, and the dechlorination process also involves hydrochloric acid. Starting from 2016, with the increase of the frequency of environmental protection inspections, the limited production and parking phenomenon of compound fertilizer plants will increase, and the equipments that do not meet the standards will require more rectification and new environmental protection equipment; for pollution, in the Taihu Lake and the Yangtze River basin, etc. Many installations require relocation and industrial parks. According to incomplete statistics, in 2018, in major enterprises, the production capacity of the equipment that was not normal and has been parked for more than 3 months has exceeded 3 million tons.
The compound fertilizer has a large production capacity, but the effective utilization rate is low. With the advancement of environmental protection, it is conducive to accelerating the withdrawal of backward production capacity and promoting the acceleration of the industry reshuffle process, thereby promoting the healthy development of the compound fertilizer industry.
